2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote areas may take longer due to courier partner limitations.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value (mentioned on the website).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email notification with the tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track your order through the courier’s tracking portal.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times at the provided address.

  • If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.


6. International Delivery (if applicable)

  • International shipping timelines vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if any) will be borne by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the package/product.

  • Our support team will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement, refund, or partial refund as applicable).
