  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling fee.

  • Metro cities: usually 2–4 business days.

  • Remote/Non-serviceable areas: delivery time may vary based on courier availability.

  • International shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your package via the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.


5. Delays in Shipping

  • Delays may occur due to logistics issues, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Successkart will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will support you in tracking your order.


6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, please refuse delivery or report it to us within 48 hours with proof (photos).

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
