1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Items not eligible for return include:

    • Perishable goods (food, beverages, groceries).

    • Personal care & hygiene products.

    • Customized or made-to-order items.

    • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.


2. Return Process

  • Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  • Our team will arrange a pickup (if available) or ask you to ship the item to our return address.

  • The product will undergo a quality check before approval of refund/replacement.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer / store credit.


4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
